Dan Fleischmann
Managing Partner
Dan is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Timber Grove Ventures. Prior to TGV, Dan was an executive at Kitchen Fund, a leading restaurant and foodtech venture capital firm renowned for early investments in sweetgreen (NYSE: SG), Cava (NYSE: CAVA), and Wisely (acquired by NYSE: Olo). Before Kitchen Fund, Dan worked in the M&A division of Moelis & Company where he advised founders and family-owned businesses on M&A and capital markets transactions. He received a B.S. in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Dan lives in New York City with his wife.

Jeff Safferman

Jeff is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Timber Grove Ventures. Prior to TGV, Jeff was an executive at CIM Group, a leading real estate and infrastructure private equity firm with $30 billion of assets under management. Before CIM Group, Jeff worked in the Investment Banking Divisions of RBC Capital Markets and STRH where he executed on a number of leveraged buyout and sponsor finance transactions. He received a B.S. in Business Economics and Public Policy from the Kelley School of Business and Hutton Honors College at Indiana University. Jeff lives in Los Angeles with his wife and 2 kids.
