Beth Kaplan is a seasoned executive and public company director, as well as advisor to early-stage companies.
Currently, Ms. Kaplan serves on the boards of several prominent companies, including Rent the Runway, where she formerly served as President and Chief Operating Officer. She also serves on the boards of Brilliant Earth, a jewelry company; Howard Hughes Corporation, a real estate development and management company; Crocs, a manufacturer of footwear; and Cooper's Hawk, a private company and full-service restaurant and winery chain.
She has held various executive positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer at GNC, and President of Procter & Gamble's Cosmetics and Fragrance division. Ms. Kaplan previously served on the board of Meredith Corporation from 2017 to 2021.
Ms. Kaplan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Finance, and Economics and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
