Adam Gibbons

Adam Gibbons serves as Co-Head and Chief Investment Officer for GID Credit, and is a member of the firm's Executive and Credit Investment Committees.
Prior to joining GID, Mr. Gibbons spent 11 years at CIM Group, where he was a Principal in the Investments Group. During his tenure, he sourced and led acquisitions across various strategies, including opportunistic, value-add, core-plus, and infrastructure investments. He later focused on credit, leading the CIM Real Estate Debt Solutions team and serving as Credit Originations Director, where he oversaw direct loan originations across all U.S. markets.
Mr. Gibbons holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science with a Concentration in Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
